Also ryan has made comments in the linux distro mailing list that other bugs have been fixed.

Linux bins will follow shortly after the "official" release on the 5th June

Patch is very poor: only a couple of server filters, a server exploit fix, no kill cam fix (which caused problems you may remember, so they left it out), and a couple of new maps.
